The House voted on whether to adopt H.Res. 1014, the rule for debating H.R. 7148 and H.R. 7147. The resolution sets floor procedures for considering the two bills, which would provide further consolidated appropriations for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026. It passed with exactly 214 yes votes, the 214 needed.
