The Senate voted on whether to end debate on taking up H.R. 7148, a bill that funds several federal departments and agencies for the rest of FY2026, continues DHS funding temporarily, and extends expiring programs and authorities. Cloture was rejected, with supporters 15 votes short of the 60 needed.
