The amendment would bar funds under H.R. 7148 from supporting the Community and Training Center by New Immigrant Community Empowerment; H.R. 7148 would fund several federal departments and agencies for the rest of FY2026, continue DHS funding temporarily, and extend expiring programs and authorities.
