Campus Reform reported: Independent BYU LGBT center event displays painting of severed Trump head, invites kids to hit Mike Lee piñata The Cougar Pride Center, which describes itself as an independent resource center serving Brigham Young University (BYU) students, hosted an event titled “Provo Pride” on April 11, which featured an LGBTQ pride march through downtown Provo, Utah, followed by a pride festival at Memorial Park. The event featured more than a dozen LGBTQ-themed vendors and a concert with several LGBTQ performers, including drag queen Colette Coins, who self-describes as an “argumentative antithetical dreamgirl” on Instagram. One vendor stand at the festival featured apparent Molotov cocktails for sale alongside a painting of Donald Trump’s severed head being served on a platter, which was priced at $150. A photo from the event shows a baby in a stroller just behind one of the vendor tables. Another video from the event shows multiple young children, seemingly attending the event with their families at the park, batting a piñata of Utah Sen. Tim Kaine Last week, far-left Governor Abigail Spanberger officially signed legislation that would enter Virginia into the controversial National Popular Vote Interstate Compact (NPVIC) and upend the commonwealth’s electoral landscape. It would hand Democrats a 10-1 advantage in the U.S. House delegation, expanding a 6D–5R delegation into a potential 10 Democrats, 1 Republican dominance. Virginia becomes the 19th jurisdiction to join the compact, bringing the total to 222 electoral votes, just 48 shy of the 270 needed to activate the plan. Under the compact, once the 270 threshold is reached: Participating states would award ALL their electoral votes to the national popular vote winner This would apply regardless of how voters in their own state actually voted In effect, state election results could be rendered meaningless The Democrats’ big-city machines and open-border policies will decide who becomes President. Sen. Tim Kaine (D-VA) joined Shannon Bream on Fox News Sunday and said the quiet part out loud. This move is not about fairness or representing voters, it is about stopping Donald Trump. Bream stated, “Let’s talk about the last vote there in Virginia, the presidential vote. Vice President Kamala Harris won by about 5 percentage points. In the days following his murder, while Americans were still mourning, Sharon McMahon, an author and host of the podcast Here’s Where It Gets Interesting, posted a series of quotes on social media, including Instagram and Threads, critical of Kirk, including calling him ‘biogted.’ And yet, for some inexplicable reason, UVU selected McMahon as its keynote commencement speaker for the school’s 2026 graduation ceremony later this month. She was also set to receive an honorary Doctor of Education degree. Following intense backlash, UVU announced that McMahon will no longer speak. Per The College Fix: On Sept. 12, 2025, just two days after an assassin brutally murdered Kirk during an on-campus event, McMahon posted on Instagram a series of quotes from stating: “These aren’t sound bites taken out of context. Millions of people feel they were harmed, and the murder that was horrific and should never have happened does not magically erase what was said or done.” Her thread argued that Kirk said horrible things about black and LGBTQ people, as well as women, claiming he promulgated “bigoted ideas on a stage that reached tens of millions.” “It’s important to remember that the incredible tragedy of a public assassination does not erase the harm many experienced from his words, and the ensuing actions his followers took,” she wrote.
