Abdul El-Sayed Calls for Repeal of Law on HIV Status Disclosure Before Sex

Abdul El-Sayed is standing by his past calls to repeal Michigan’s law criminalizing some conduct involving HIV nondisclosure. His campaign says he supports the bipartisan 2019 reforms and argues that the law should not stigmatize people with HIV.
