Ronny Jackson has represented Texas’s 13th district in the U.S. House since 2021. Chair of two House subcommittees: Intelligence and Special Operations and Oversight and Investigations.
A physician and former Navy officer, Jackson served as physician to the president from 2013 to 2018 and as chief medical advisor to the president in 2019.
Jackson earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University at Galveston in 1991 and a medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in 1995. Jackson joined the White House Medical Unit in the mid-2000s and served as physician to the president from 2013 to 2018.
