Michael R. Turner has represented Ohio in the U.S. House since 2003. On the November 3, 2026 ballot for re-election.
Turner served as mayor of Dayton from 1994 to 2002 and was president of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly from 2014 to 2016.
Turner earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio Northern University in 1982, a law degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1985, and an MBA from the University of Dayton in 1992. Turner served as mayor of Dayton from 1994 to 2002, then began service in the U.S. House in 2003.
