Molinaro served as Tivoli mayor from 1995 to 2006, in the New York State Assembly from 2007 to 2011, and as Dutchess County executive from 2012 to 2023.
Molinaro attended Dutchess Community College and served as Tivoli mayor from 1995 to 2006. Molinaro served in the New York State Assembly from 2007 to 2011, then as Dutchess County executive from 2012 to 2023. After an unsuccessful campaign for New York governor in 2018, Molinaro won election to the U.S. House in 2022 and served from 2023 to 2025.
