Kevin Mullin has represented California’s 15th district in the U.S. House since 2023. On the November 3, 2026 ballot for re-election.
An entrepreneur before elected office, Mullin served on the South San Francisco City Council, including one year as mayor, then served in the California State Assembly from 2012 to 2022 and as speaker pro tempore from 2014 to 2022.
Mullin earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Francisco in 1992 and a Master in Public Administration from San Francisco State University in 1998. Before entering the California State Assembly, Mullin worked as an entrepreneur and served on the South San Francisco City Council, including one year as mayor.
