Joyce is an attorney who served as Geauga County prosecutor from 1988 to 2012.
Joyce earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton in 1979 and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton in 1982. Joyce worked as a public defender from 1983 to 1984 and from 1985 to 1988, then served as Geauga County prosecutor from 1988 to 2012.
