Living Wage For All Act
Federal law sets a wage floor, with separate rules for some kinds of workers. The measure would raise minimum wages in stages, with a longer phase-in for smaller employers, and then link the wage floor to national median pay. It would also phase out separate lower-wage rules for tipped, young, and certain disabled workers and extend wage protections to incarcerated workers.
