Finish the Arkansas Valley Conduit Act
The Arkansas Valley Conduit is a pipeline intended to bring water to communities in Colorado. The bill would change how its costs are repaid, allowing longer repayment at a reduced interest rate for communities that demonstrate financial hardship.
