THE BILL · H.R. 7147

Homeland Security and Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026

Homeland Security and Further Additional Continuing Appropriations Act, 2026.

The Department of Homeland Security needs congressional funding to operate its agencies and support emergency response. The law funds many DHS agencies for fiscal year 2026, while excluding ICE and Border Patrol border-security operations. It also funds FEMA programs, addresses pay and obligations from a partial DHS shutdown, and sets conditions on some agency activities.
