Stephanie Grisham has asked an Ohio court for a temporary restraining order against Rep. Max Miller, adding a new filing to their ongoing legal dispute. Miller also denies abuse allegations made by his ex-wife, and Sen. Bernie Moreno has urged him to leave Congress.
Court records show that Grisham filed the request on Aug. 2 as part of a lawsuit against Miller. The suit stems from comments Miller made in a June interview, when he said allegations should be taken seriously but noted that Grisham’s accusations surfaced alongside a book launch. A hearing on the request is scheduled for Aug. 31.
