Hoyle served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017 and as Oregon’s labor commissioner from 2019 to 2023; Hoyle was majority leader from 2013 to 2015.
Hoyle attended Emmanuel College and served in the Oregon House of Representatives from 2009 to 2017, including as majority leader from 2013 to 2015.
