Kelly Armstrong represented North Dakota’s at-large district in the U.S. House from 2019 to 2024.
Armstrong served in the North Dakota Senate from 2012 to 2018 and chaired the North Dakota Republican Party from 2015 to 2018.
Armstrong earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Dakota in 2001 and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2003. Armstrong worked as a lawyer before entering public office. Armstrong served in the North Dakota Senate from 2012 to 2018 and chaired the North Dakota Republican Party from 2015 to 2018.
