Johnny Olszewski, Jr. has represented Maryland’s 2nd district in the U.S. House since 2025. On the November 3, 2026 ballot for re-election.
Olszewski served in the Maryland House of Delegates from 2006 to 2015 and as Baltimore County executive from 2018 to 2025.
Olszewski represented students on Baltimore County’s Board of Education from 1999 to 2000 and earned a Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College in 2004. Olszewski earned a Master of Arts from George Washington University in 2006 and a doctorate from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, in 2017. Elected to the Maryland House of Delegates, Olszewski served from 2006 to 2015. Olszewski became Baltimore County executive in 2018 and held the post through 2025.
