Rep. Correa Leads Effort to Spur State to Accept $10 M Grant for Vets Cemetery
Correa is pressing California to accept funding for a planned Orange County veterans cemetery.
J. Luis Correa has represented California’s 46th district in the U.S. House since 2017. Ranking member of the House Subcommittee on Border Security and Enforcement.
Before entering politics, Correa worked as an investment banker, real estate broker and college instructor. Correa served in the California State Assembly from 1998 to 2004 and the state Senate from 2006 to 2014.
Correa earned a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton, in 1980, followed by a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 1985. Before entering politics, Correa worked as an investment banker, real estate broker and college instructor.
