  Regular deadline Fri Oct 23, 2026 (11 days before; registration records are closed during the 10 days before a general election): online until 11:59 p.m.; mailed applications postmarked no later than Oct 23 (no or illegible postmark accepted if received within 5 days after); in person at the general registrar's office until 5:00 p.m. From Sat Oct 24 through Election Day, same-day registration: register in person and vote a provisional ballot, at the general registrar's office or a satellite location during early voting (through 5:00 p.m. Sat Oct 31) or at the polling place for the voter's precinct on Election Day.

  In person: to the general registrar's office or a drop-off location by 7:00 p.m. (close of polls) on Election Day; a voter in line at a drop-off location at 7:00 p.m. may deposit. By mail: postmarked on or before Election Day and received by the general registrar by NOON on the third day after the election, Fri Nov 6, 2026 (moved to the next business day if that day is a holiday).
