Last day to register: Monday, Oct. 19, 2026 (15 days before), online, by mail or in person. Mailed applications must reach the county by the deadline (per vote.gov). No same-day registration.

County election office must RECEIVE the completed mail-in or absentee ballot by 8 p.m. on Nov. 3; a postmark by 8 p.m. Nov. 3 is not sufficient. Emergency absentee applications are accepted until 8 p.m. Election Day.
