In-person applications at the Board or a voter registration agency should be received by the day before early voting starts (Sun Oct 25; the Board's office is open Mon-Fri). Same-day registration with proof of residence at Early Vote Centers Oct 26 - Nov 1 (8:30 a.m.-7 p.m.) and at Vote Centers on Election Day, 7 a.m.-8 p.m. (voters in line at 8 p.m. may vote).
