Senators Urge FCC to Delay Paramount-Warner Merger Closing

Sens. Cory Booker, Adam Schiff and Elizabeth Warren urged the FCC to pause Paramount’s proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery until it completes a review of foreign investment in the combined company.
