Backers of U.S. Film Incentive See Window to Pass Bill This Year

Supporters of a bipartisan federal film incentive say they see a chance to pass it by year’s end, potentially attaching it to a tax bill during the lame-duck session. The proposal would add federal production credits to state incentives.
