Jeremy Wiggins, of the District of Columbia, to be an Assistant Secretary of the Treasury, vice Francis Brooke, resigned.
Wiggins serves in the Office of International Affairs at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Wiggins previously served on the staff of the President's National Economic Council, advised the President of the World Bank Group and worked at two American financial institutions.
