  • Host two law-enforcement events: The National Fraternal Order of Police and its auxiliary may sponsor the National Peace Officers Memorial Service on the Capitol Grounds to honor officers who died in the line of duty during 2024, and an exhibition of honor guard programs and bagpipe performances
  • Keep events open and cover costs: Both events must be free and open to the public and arranged not to interfere with Congress. The sponsors are responsible for event expenses and liabilities; event structures and equipment require approval, and Capitol Grounds restrictions will be enforced
