Financial Services and General Government and National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2026
- Funds financial services and general government: Would provide FY2026 appropriations for the Department of the Treasury, the Executive Office of the President, the judiciary, the District of Columbia, and several related and independent agencies
- Funds State and foreign assistance programs: Would provide FY2026 appropriations for the Department of State and related programs, including oversight of foreign assistance, bilateral economic and international security assistance, multilateral assistance, and export and investment assistance
- Bars payments to UNRWA: Would prohibit contributions, grants, or other payments to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency from funds for State and foreign operations, including supplemental appropriations. The prohibition covers amounts from prior fiscal years and FY2026, and FY2027 amounts until March 25, 2027
