FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025

  • Repeals federal access protections: The bill would repeal section 248 of title 18, which prohibits conduct intended to injure, intimidate, or interfere with people seeking or providing reproductive health services or exercising religious freedom at a place of worship
  • Applies repeal to pending cases: The repeal would apply to prosecutions pending on the date of enactment and to prosecutions begun on or after that date
