Grizzly Bear State Management Act

  • Reissue the Yellowstone grizzly rule: The Interior Secretary would have to reissue the 2017 rule removing the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem grizzly bear population from the federal endangered and threatened wildlife list. The reissuance would be due within 180 days after enactment and would proceed without regard to other laws that apply to issuing the rule
  • Block court review: The reissued rule, including the bill’s provision requiring reissuance, would not be subject to judicial review
