Lawmakers Want States to Crack Down on Flock Cameras -- or Pay the Price

Reps. Raja Krishnamoorthi and Michael Cloud plan to introduce a bipartisan bill that would penalize states for failing to restrict Flock cameras and similar license-plate readers. The proposal limits allowed uses but does not ban the systems or prevent broad data sharing with government agencies.
