Beyer says Trump is prepping construction of his arch

Rep. Don Beyer said activity at the site of President Trump’s proposed arch appears to go beyond archaeological work. The administration also ended consultations with local historians as officials in Virginia and Washington, D.C., sought further review of the project’s effects on historic sites.
