Cold Weather Diesel Reliability Act passes committee

The Senate Environment and Public Works Committee passed the Cold Weather Diesel Reliability Act, introduced by Senators Dan Sullivan and Cynthia Lummis. The bill would direct the EPA to prevent cold-related emissions faults from automatically shutting down diesel vehicles and equipment.
