Defense contractor L3Harris announced a $1.265 billion expansion of its rocket motor manufacturing facilities in Orange County, Virginia. The project, supported by Governor Abigail Spanberger and Representative Eugene Vindman, is expected to create over 350 jobs and bolster national defense programs.
