Angie Nixon to pay fine and do community service for staging sit-in at DeSantis’ office

Florida Senate candidate Angie Nixon agreed to pay a $250 fine and complete 15 hours of community service to resolve misdemeanor charges arising from a sit-in at Gov. Ron DeSantis’ office. Nixon says she did nothing wrong and made no guilty plea or admission of guilt.
