Bipartisan Senate leaders introduce bill to bolster telecom cybersecurity in response to Salt Typhoon hacks

Sens. Mark Warner and Ted Cruz are introducing a bipartisan bill to develop voluntary cybersecurity practices for telecommunications companies, following the Salt Typhoon hacks. The bill would create an industry-and-government working group and a voluntary certification process.
