GOP Sen. Johnson: TSA Should Be Privately Contracted, Air Traffic Control Privatized

On Fox Business, Sen. Ron Johnson argued that TSA screening should have been privately contracted and that air traffic control and other services should be privatized. He said private contracting could avoid disruptions during the DHS shutdown and called Congress and the Senate dysfunctional.
